Promotion rules

Limited to residents of the State of Alabama. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. No purchase necessary to win. Eligible entrants may qualify by meeting any of the following criteria:

1. Pursuant to direction published via the Mazer Appliance official Facebook page, entrants must “Like” the Mazer Appliance official Facebook page to be eligible to win. Entrants must then “Like” any of the 7 posts promoting the giveaway published by the Mazer Appliance official Facebook page to be published within the designated time frame (August 27th, 2018, through September 9th, 2018) in order to be entered to win. One entry per person per post like. Eligible participants may stack up to seven (7) entries—one for each Like of a published promotional post—over the course of the contest’s duration.
2. Alternatively, entrants may mail their entry directly to Mazer Appliance, including a listing of their name, date of birth, home address, phone number and e-mail address. Mail-in submissions may be sent to:

   Mail-in entrants are also asked to list how many contest entries, up to seven
   (7) per person, they would like to submit. If no entry number is listed, one
   (1) piece of postage will be considered as one (1) entry. One postage
   submission per person.

Each eligible participant shall have the ability to submit up to seven (7) entries during the contest’s duration, all of which will be entered into a database allowing for random selection. Odds of winning will be equal for all eligible participants who take advantage of the maximum number of opportunities to enter. Those participants who submit fewer eligible entries will see diminished odds of winning.

The period of entry will end at 12:00 AM on Monday, September 10th, 2018, after which participants’ total entries will be tallied. One winner will be randomly selected from a field of all eligible entries. That winner will be contacted at approximately midday on Monday, September 10th, 2018, then announced publicly at approximately 5 PM.

The winner shall receive a store credit, valid only at Mazer Appliance and with no cash value otherwise, with retail value of $300.00. The winner will also receive a credit for one (1) monthly special from Mr. P’s Butcher Shop and Deli, approximate retail value $99.99 before tax. Meats and products included within the monthly special subject to availability and change at the discretion of Mr. P’s Butcher Shop and Deli.
