The "Scratch & Dent" condition is similar to "refurbished", but there are a few key differences. While refurbished items are typically used items restored to a "like new" condition, Scratch & Dent items are actually new, sourced directly from manufacturers, having never been put through wear and tear from customers. Furthermore, refurbished items may or may not come with some kind of warranty, however Scratch & Dents come with a warranty functionally identical to a standard manufacturer warranty.
