Scratch & Dent deals are a great way to save big on new appliances. The appliance industry has a high volume of returns due to cosmetic damage occurring during delivery and/or shipment. Mazer Appliance negotiates with the manufacturers directly to buy these at a significant discount from the manufacturer, and pass the savings to you! Under our agreement with manufacturers, we will test them and/or refurbish any functional defects, while the manufacturer backs them with the same warranty otherwise offered, the only exception being that the cosmetic defects already on the appliance are not covered.
